HRBP Consulting Skills Workshop

Purpose: This is a two-day workshop.  Through participation in this session your HRBP’s will:

  • Elevate their thinking and ability to be proactive in how they respond to the disruptive realities facing businesses today (strategic context lens)
  • Help to structure work in a way that delivers organizational objectives and creates interesting work for people (organizational lens)
  • Enable employees to realize their potential and find roles within the organization to contribute and create value (people lens)

Process:

  • Enhance know-how in Organizational Design and Talent Management.
  • Provide an opportunity to explore the implications of the future of work.
  • Offer resources and interactive exercises to help HRBPs translate learning into action relevant to their business (HR business plan).
  • Offer HRBPs data and insight about their ability to communicate with, influence and deliver to their business leaders (Personal action plan).

Outcomes:

  • Enhanced strategic capability to advise internal clients.
  • Understanding of the principles of talent management.
  • Increased self-awareness and confidence to challenge business decisions about work and people.
  • Focused personal action plans that help the HRBPs to understand their responsibility for developing themselves and what they need to do.
