Leveraging Action Learning to Expand Consultation Practices
Action learning can open the doors to other areas of consultation if coaches understand the broader organizational consultation processes. Many consulting organizations have staff with deep experience in one area of consultation – training, assessment, HRD, executive coaching – but could benefit from further training in the broader practice of organizational consultation in order to take advantage of the many opportunities that emerge as a result of successful Action Learning.
