Leader Lab is an intensive, 2-day, simulation-based leadership development program for a group of 21-27 hi-potential managers and leaders being groomed for senior positions within your organization.
PROCESS: Participants are quickly engaged in the simulation as senior leaders in 3 business units of a large global organization with offices and operations around the world). Each senior management team is charged with developing a strategic business plan to address the a number of important business challenges that are threatening the economic survival and success of each business unit as well as the corporation as a whole.
SKILLS DEVELOPED: The simulation is designed develop interpersonal leadership skills as well as the intellectual skills required to make sound and successful financial planning and investment decisions. Participants will need to learn new leadership skills in order to become more successful leaders

- lead with other leaders to get business results
- make good business decisions
- influence to build support for ideas and plans within teams, across business units, and with senior leadership

HOW PARTICIPANTS LEARN: Participants learn in many ways
- by actually leading in a realistic business simulation
- “just in time” content presentations interspersed at strategic points
- periodic “after action review” debriefing sessions with team coaches to identify pivotal moments that help participants understand the impact of their behaviors and the importance of timing on personal and team success
