Success Profile Development

What is a Success Profile? A Success Profile translates business strategy into specific talent requirements. It provides critical information about the competencies, experiences, personal attributes and knowledge ideal for a specific role (ex. CIO, VP Engineering) or level (EVP, SVP, VP, Director). In support of succession, recruitment, and development efforts, the Success Profile provides a framework to help compare those who would be the best fit for a role or where to place development investment. Within your Talent Review process, it will provide a way to view possible senior leader candidates and enhance your conversation about your people.

Process: To create the Success Profile, interviews are conducted with senior executives to gain their perspective on a pivotal role today and in the future. Inputs from these interviews are synthesized and placed into a single Success Profile.
